We manufacture all boiler pressure part of various capacities and temperatures in accordance with steam requirements as specified by our customers. These are customized and IBR or 3rd party inspections required are carried out after the fabrication. Our range of water wall panel’s is depend upon various types of boilers, which are of immense importance for various industries like Paper Mills, Sugar Mills, distilleries, Breweries etc.

• We design and manufacture Economizer according to customer’s requirements suitable for their boilers.

We have fabricate Water Wall Panels using automatic Fin to tubes welding machines and large Tube Panel Benders to achieve desired shape of panels which can have Swaged Ends, Stub Welded to Headers. Evaporator Coils etc.

We have fabricated numbers of Superheaters – Radiant, Pendant, Final, Fluidized Bed types, Reheaters for all kinds of Boilers having Complicated very close and Compact Shapes with tube sizes ranging from 32 mm OD to 76.2 mm OD and thickness from 3mm of 12mm in all types of Boiler Quality Steel Grades ranging from Carbon to Alloys for metal temperature ranging up 650 C and for Boilers of 10 to 500 MW Capacity.
